My first day…….of blogging!
The “leaders are born versus leaders are made” debate has forever generated passionate discussions.
I am not going to start that one more time. Suffice it to mention that all of us are expected to demonstrate leadership in our professional as well as our personal lives.
While there exist many definitions, the one that I relate to the most is – Leadership as the art of motivating a group of people to act towards achieving a common goal.
Economic environmant has been constantly evolving thereby imposing huge demands on each one of us to rise and respond to these challenges successfully. This blog is intended to be a forum to coach/guide the queries and dilemmas of people through practical leadership and management suggestions.
Often management and leadership get used interchangeably, inappropriately though. Leaders create followers while managers have subordinates!

Lots of specialists argue that personal loans help people to live their own way, just because they can feel free to buy necessary stuff. Furthermore, some banks offer short term loan for young and old people.
